Kannon Callis, Owner of PMI of Tree City, has over fifteen years of sales, real estate, and property management experience. He enjoys the art of real estate deals and expresses creativity through carefully crafted business ventures. A visionary who believes anything can be done with the right team, systems, leadership, and time. He is married to a Boise local and has embraced the Idahoan life from being 17 years a Texan, 8 years an Okie, and 3 years a Coloradan.

DaNay Salas moved to Boise from Northern California in 1997, where she spent her formative years. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong foundation in administration, office management, property management, sales, marketing, and client relations.

In addition to raising three children, DaNay has dedicated her professional career to building relationships and creating exceptional experiences for the people and organizations she serves. She brings eight years of property management experience and six years leading sales and marketing efforts, during which she successfully helped bring more than 400 properties into management.

DaNay has developed an extensive professional network across a variety of industries and is known for her strong customer service, relationship-building skills, and ability to connect people and opportunities. Her commitment to service was recognized during her time with the U.S. Forest Service, where she received the highest level of recognition for customer service and dedication, including an award from the President of the United States.

In August 2026, DaNay joined PMI of Tree City as Business Development Director. In her new role, she brings her extensive experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and relationship management to new client acquisition, client relations, and the continued growth of the company.
